Looks like a landfill??? Spent the last 6-years working for the County of Riverside (CA) Waste Managment Dept. This Thursday is my last day though.
I've seen a couple of articulated trucks and a couple of D9 dozers get flipped and a motor grader backed over a laborers Kia 
. Operators were all OK, I don't have any pics though. 
I work at a cement plant. this is the mining end of it.. we mine limestone to be ground into raw cement product.
that a narley roll over how did he do that with that heavy beast
the operator was backing out of the parking area, he backed up too far into the berm with the truck about half loaded with water. the berm gave way. he was very lucky the berm on the road below stopped him
