I don't think it's the same movie but Bachelor Party, with Tom Hanks, had a scene similar to that. But none of the girls knew about it.
The guys name was "Meat", when they asked him why Meat they had someone holding the serving tray, Meat pulled out 'the sausage'
and it hit the tray with a THUD!
Then the hotdogs were served to the bachelorette party, I think the mother-in-law to be was trying to pull it off the tray.
That was so funny.
