I've used one for years, just pick up a regulator on ebay with a pressure gauge and low pressure inflator hose. You can get tire chucks at a dive shop to fit the quick connector on the hose. With an 80 cubic foot tank you can fill 3 sets of 35's from 12-15 psi up to 30psi. Plus fills are cheap.
