here's what I did:
I'd take a picture but it has the console over it.
Find another stock boot that will fit your main shifter and front t-case handle. Go to an autoparts store and buy one of those mr. gasket universal shift boot covers (10 bucks, or there abouts) and put that one on the second shifter. Use some spare sheet metal and cut out a pretty looking rectangular piece and screw it down in the hole that is in between them-that's what I did and it made a HUGE difference in :driving: pleasure as well as a significant reduction in this feeling  :flamer:, which is good.
