I don't understand why they want to rebuild the city. It is below sea level and has flooded at least once. Wouldn't it cost less to relocate to another city than pay to rebuild a city that sucked in the first place? The only good thing about the big easy was the big twins. :boobs: :boobs: :banana: :bananasplit: :cheer: :pimp:
