First he tried to blame the aftermath of Katrina on anybody but himself...now this. The SOB is no better than a sleeper on the corner with her pants down!

The thing about this past hurricane season that drives me crazy, is Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida were all hit with the same hurricanes that Louisiana was, right? Can you tell me what the difference was/is? (Jeopardy song)...that's right Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida all have Republican Governors. The one state where" the Federal Government let us down" oddly enough has a (drum roll) Democratic Governor.
Is there a pattern here?

Idiot.  He never once mentions all the contractors, aid workers, tow truck drivers, truckers, and volunteers that have gone down there, been down there, and are down there now.  Does he think his city is going to pop back up overnight?  it takes time to rebuild, and he's got a ton of help

I don't understand why they want to rebuild the city. It is below sea level and has flooded at least once. Wouldn't it cost less to relocate to another city than pay to rebuild a city that sucked in the first place? It would make too much sense to leave the city as dedicated port and move the citizens and facilities to a new location.
