Marlin has instructions on his website. Just go here
http://www.marlincrawler.com/htm/suspension/sas_inst.htm. Use a torch or a plasma cutter to cut everything off then grind it all clean. Pretty simple.
Edit: Doh those arnt the exact instructions. But you can pull almost everything you need from them.
