Fixed it. It was a combination of three things, Both batteries were bad, positive and negitive wires to and from the batt. to the starter were bad and the starter was bad. the first thing i did was replace the starter, because i always had to tap it for it to work, still clucked, then i took both batteries to atozone for them to test, they were both bad. i put a new batt. in the truck and still, clucked. then i replaced the batt. cables and fired right up.
