If you are serious about doing anything worth while, I would not waist any effort on the IFS. you could get a Toy SAS kit and convert to Toy axles. Gears and lockers will be cheaper and there are way more parts to choose from. I would rather see you convert to a Toy T case too so you would not have to mess with custom building a front axle as this is labor intensive. You would then be able to get lower Tcase gear sets and be able to stack the low range boxes.


What year truck do you have and which engine and trans?

          Its a 95" hardbody with the 2.4 and a five speed, not sure exactly which one.
