did you install a new throwout bearing??   did you put a little antiseaze on the throwout bearing sleave ??


not sure why you dont have good pedal unless you have some air in the system,  get someone to hold your clutch down  then use a 10mm wrench to crack the bleeder on the slave cylinder,  dont let them lift the pedal until you have tightened the bleeder  or it will suck the same air back in,  do this a couple times or untill you get a solid stream of fluid  and your pedal should be firm
