I am having the same problem and I too hate leaks. my driver side leaks like a loose sleeper a month after replacing my seal. I am pretty sure my axle housing/shafts aren't bent because they slide in an out very easy, so the next time I replace the inner axle seal I am going to check where it is warn, because I have a feeling that I may have the knuckle shimmed wrong and it may be pushing the shaft down on the seal or up on the seal. I don't know though, so any input from others on my new theory is welcome because I would rather not tear it down if I am not going to get the desired results.
