Try to re-do the whole the thing with brand new parts. Take your time, clean each part, then take some high grade sandpaper and sand the ball part(knuckle where the seals are at the ball part) till its smooth get all the rough edges and lines out any roughness will make the seals not be right and leak. Thats just my experince and dont forget to freeze this stuff in the freezer before trying it. If you dont believe try looking at 4x4 builder magazine dot com or their magazine it tells alot of info about rebuilding your toy front axle. Thats where i got that info. Good luck.

this has been  frustating for me, I did all this work replacing every seal and bearing in the front axle to get rid of the DIF oil dripping from my lower knuckle bolts.  All this just to have the inner seals just start leaking again :snare:  less that one year after I did the work.  (I do not tollerate leaks  :nonono: )!!

So my questions are:
What could i have Messed up, over looked, or not done right seating the new seals?  I was very carefull, took my time, and used all new parts.

And do the Inner front axle seals on Solid axle Yotas' fail regularly?

O-Yeah?  marry the girl that smells like gear oil.  ya never know it might come in handy on the trail
