Nice. Well for me I know its good ol exercise. I used to ride my bike about 10-20 miles a day in Bidwell park and I lost some fat, but gained some muscle, so my weight was still the same but I wasnt as "fat". I really didnt try to lose any weight but I know that works. I think that exercise is the key to loseing weight and keeping it off.
