Thanks.  I'll pull the light mount and see what I find.  Trying to bring this truck back from the dead and discovering all the issues.  My kids and wife have been helping. Discovered the accelerator pedal was seized and some broken springs in the drivers seat.  Turns out a pair of the seat tracks are bad.
