Without someone seeing the details and inspecting it in person it is way to hard to say over the internet. It could be a total basket case or a extremely well maintained truck. What I can say is this, the selling price of first gens has been going sky high lately. I don't think you will be going wrong value wise if you plan on keeping it and it is a clean, solid truck.
