Re: R155 gear swap

Thanks for the info.  I wasn't clear that I've decided on putting the R452 5th in my R155 for the 30% overdrive (.694). I've already purchased all the parts, no turning back now.  To sum up:

For the R452 swap I'll need:
33336-25030     5th
33046-25030     5th Counter

For guys with a nut on the end of the shaft, not the circlip (<1995), they need countershaft 33046-25011.

33046-25010, 11 & 12 are all the same counter gear for <1995
33046-25020 & 30 are for 1995+
I measured 8-1/8 inches from the end of the shaft to the other side of the bearing, so I ordered an OTC 1036 7-Ton puller with a reach of 8-3/4 inches.

Rear Output Shaft Bearing:
90363-30075 (Nachi 031BC05)

In the end I'll end up with:
First Gear: 3.95:1
Second Gear: 2.06:1
Third Gear: 1.44:1
Fourth Gear: 1.00:1
Fifth Gear: 0.70:1
Reverse Gear: 4.22:1
