I think those motors weigh in somewhere between 175-225??? But I could be a little off??
Anyway, let me know if you really want it, it would be a good lower end to deck with a 20R head and the dual timing chain/cover, cranks, rods, as you said. You can't beat the dual row chain with the metal guides, they don't wear out like the newer single rows with plastic guides. Think about it!!
