Well last night was rough for the truck. One of the hoses running to the radiator decided to split and overheated the motor.
Patched the hose and topped off the coolant for a test start today. Managed to get the truck to start which took alot of extra cranking but it finally fired up. Ran very rough for a few seconds then smoothed out to normal. After about 15-20 seconds of idle it started to run rough again and finally stalled out. Went to loosen the radiator cap and coolant system was extremely pressurized so I'm thinking that the head gasket blew. No milkshake in the oil that I can see.
