Before anybody asks, I was trying to get my dual cases installed this weekend. I ended up picking up a 21 spline input and a forward shift rail/fork. However, i got to searching around and found out that there is two different length forward shift rails. Since my transmission is a w56-E i had the "shorter" shift rails in the truck currently. The shift rail i picked up is the longer one so that isn't going to work out. So it looks like i am going to have to pull the tcase out of the truck and steal the shift fork out of it for my crawlbox, so that shot my plans down for tonight of getting my crawl box done.
The other option i have is to just use all the top shift parts i had in my previous setup, this wouldn't be a big deal, but i think i am going to keep it forward shift so i only have to cut one hole for the rear case, instead of having to cut out more of the floor AND a whole extra hole to make two top shift styles work. Gotta keep it looking somewhat factory in order to keep that resale value up!
