Ussualy adding a leaf will make it stiffer, but it will hold more weight. The shorter the leaf the stiffer it will be, that's why I would add a leaf similar in length to your middle ones. Might have to do a small block and a leaf. I'm not sure but if you start adding to many leafs to a lift spring you might sacrifice ride and flex.
