No one has mentioned the FJ60-62 axles? I was looking into this with my 4runner. (Sold it for other reasons)Flip the housing, (to get the driverside drop)cut and turn your knuckles to the caster you want. Notch the diff housing for the ring gear to fit,(you don't flip the 3rd member, still running same as before) weld your spring perches and you are basically done. If you get a FJ62 axle you will already have  4.11's not to mention none of the expensive Dana steering issues. Throw some high steer arms and maybe wheel spacers and you have a cool all toyota SAS. Around 60" WMS-WMS and you can go up to 5.29's and have matching front and rear gears, Dana guys don't after 4.88's.
