I took the Macho Taco to Truckhaven/Ocotillo Wells this past weekend for the 51st annual TDS desert safari . It ran great , I was real happy with it . That was it's second time back out wheeling since the roll at AZ Rocks 2012 . I had it out at KOH a few weeks back as well but only got to run two trails (Resolution and Chocolate Thunder) . Overall it's running good . I have a couple of things I need to iron out . My t-case crossmember is now cracked so it was allowing my drivetrain to move a little under torque , and I didn't realize I didn't have an air filter in it so it sucked up some dirt at TDS this weekend and started sputtering . I also had to cut a hole in the floorboard of the new cab since the drivetrain was raised flat with the frame . So I still need to add some plating around the shifter area . Other than that , I am real happy with it overall so far . This was the only picture I snapped on the way back at TDS this past weekend .
