I am not going to take the time to explain it, but you should try looking thru a search on this forum for the topic half doors. I am most certain that maybey a month or two ago there was a post on half doors and it had lots of good pics. I know there was a link to pirate 4x4 forum and it had lots of pics too. Hope this helps. Tools you may need: sawzal, grinder, welder, and some spare sheet metal.
