Pulled the fuel tank today to change sending unit . The tank had a drain so i used it , I was almost out of gas. pulled sending unit and hooked it up out of tank and cycled it a few times and it worked great, Note to self pull part and try it before ordering new one . Reinstalled tank with original sending unit . I was amazed how clean tank was inside and out .(no rust or water) the fuel lines were still in great shape .
Speedo now working with a new gear but odometer is stuck at 140,699.
