Marlin HD clutch?

I was wondering, who is making this clutch set?

:dunno:    i have the Marlin 1200 nonceramic,  and i love it, it has  stronger springs in the pressure plate,  i was under the impression Marlin did the pressure plate  and the disc was aisin

according to the page on the site, it says its a heavy duty oem clutch disk

aisin is oem not to be confused with cheap knockoff  rubber bushing replacements from autozone

oh yeah... aisin is usually the oem for toyota... aisin is good stuff
