Hello Marlincrawler Forum,
Picked up a 2003 Tacoma with a bad Engine. 253,000 + highway miles and from what Ive learned valves should of been adjusted every 60,000 miles. Engine is a 2.7 3RZ. Has anyone had any luck with APR Auto Engines out of Colorado. Brand new 3RZ crate engine is around $2200.00 + shipping. I've priced rebuilding myself, parts and machine shop labor would be higher. Yes, I know I can pick up used Engine for a lot lower price. I'd rather know what I'm getting. Any advice is appreciated.
