What size diameter of solid stock are you using for your front axle alignment jig?  How tight is the tolerance on the knuckle balls?

Thanks,

Burl

I think it is 1.25" but not sure. I borrowed it from a friend who built the jig and spacers for his build.  it is not a tight fit in the knuckle balls or rear axle. I would say their is about an 3/32" gap all around the bar inside the knuckle ball. I can check when I go home tonight.
