A343F chain transfer case to gear driven transfer case

Hi guys,

I have an A343F transmission behind a 2LTE 4cyl Turbo Diesel and I want to change my chain driven transfer case to a gear driven transfer case. What is it I need exactly to do this? What Toyota transfer case is available for this type of conversion?
