No ca smog plate and i didn't see a stamp

the p.o put a block off plate on it that can be removed

Very tempting, but here on the coast, I need a coated one.

I have one for a later 22RE with the O2 down stream, and its coated, but I have to swap out O2 and run a hot wire.
