LCE Stroker Crank Anyone? SOLD
« on: Aug 14, 2014, 03:12:50 PM »
By some weird circumstance I am now the owner of an LC stroker crankshaft. I got it when looking for a stock crank and it's all ready at the machine shop.  The mains have just been turned down to .020 and will fit regular .020 undersize replacement toyota style mains and the journals are currently getting polished and should be good to go for whatever bearings LCE uses there.

I am really tempted to use this for my build but I am really trying for a bone stock 22r and the rods and pistons to go with this thing are out of my budget at this time anyways. I need to sell it to pay the guy for the machine work and I want to give the guy who mistakenly sold it to me as a stock crank a cut of whatever is left over after paying the bill. If I have enough left over I will use it to buy my clutch for my 4Runner carb 22r build.

These are about $1,000 from LCE, I would sell this one for $600 shipped in the lower 48.  If I can't get that ballpark I figure I should probably just stash it away for some time when I have the funds to do it justice...  ;)

I also have a sweet new never been used holley intake for a 20r head that can be used with any spread bore carb or adapted to whatever square bore carb.  I think I paid like $80 plus shipping for that one, I could probably let it go for $50 plus shipping by itself or even cheaper if someone wants it with the crank... Might be kind of a fun build. For some reason I keep collecting these hot rod parts by accident over the years. Wonder what will show up next?

This is located in Highwood, Montana, 59450.

If you throw in 1 pound of coffee from a local roaster down there in Bozeman, something medium roast not too dark, I don't remember the name of the place but it's near down town and they have these big thick slab wood tables... AND we get to go snow wheeling after I get my junk together...
