1993 Pickup 3.4L SAS
« on: Jun 05, 2014, 11:04:15 AM »
Ok so here's the deal I really don't want to sell this truck. But I really need to buy a full size diesel for my other pulling needs. I looked for well over a year before I found the right truck to start building. And this truck is the one I chose. It a fairly clean truck. Came out of Arizona so there is no rust at all. Body is not perfect but is still very clean I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10 would be a very easy job for a pain and body specialist.  Interior also quite clean and totally unmolested. No chopped doors for speakers. Still has factory stereo nothing has ever been glued or screwed anywhere. No cracks in the dash but it does have a bit of typical wear and tear for a truck of it's age. Now down to the drivetrain the truck has been 3.4 swapped out of a 97 4 runner it is closed loop and runs like a dream. I put nearly 130 miles a day on this truck. A/c blows ice cold, heat blows hot. 5 speed standard. In the time I have owned the truck which is now a year and a half I have never had a front drive shaft in it and it's never been in 4wd it's only been sas'd since around January. At that time I put brand new 315 toyo's on it on 16 inch wheels 10 ply rating. I bought the truck at about 152k swapped it and now the odometer reads 200k roughly I've drivin it quite a bit and it runs like a dream. I wouldn't hesitate to hop in it and drive it anywhere right now. Ok this is a project truck hence what I feel is a very fair asking price. By project I mean it needs a few simple crawler like things finished up. Example steering box needs moved forward and instal the stabilizer shock. Also the engine needs to be lowered and that would take a guy about 3 hours to do the job right. It could also stand to have the front shock hoops redone as I don't like the way I had to set them up to get proper shock length. Ok here is more goodies that will come with the truck. One complete drum to drum elocker rear from a 4runner. One high pinion elocker front out of an fj80 these 3rds will need to be properly geared to be installed. One set of dual cases I don't have any real detail on them. One spare clean 5spd trans and chain drive case. Two elocker switches with computers. This is a great little truck that I hate to sell but I need a pulling truck. Asking 6500.00 firm firm firm call or text 24/7 with questions. 435-251-7278 NO TIRE KICKERS NO TRADES unless it's for one hell of a nice cummins truck.

Good luck with the sale.  If the communist republic of CA didn't have such extreme laws for swaps I would seriously consider this super clean rig.
