Topic: front driveline length for truck vs 4runner

ive got a 91 extra cab im dropping dual cases into and was wondering if i could use my buddys front shaft with longspline without modding it.  Not sure of the length that i need or what his is.  just a thought to save money.  anyone have any idea what length ill be looking at for my front drive line?

If you have the same transmission, the front driveshaft should be the same.

Also depends if the front axles are pushed about the same amount forward, they are both low pinion/or high pinion/ etc etc...

I think most long slips have about 12" of spline so as long as you dont bottom out/pull the spines out too far you should be fine!
