I saw their ad selling their "C'ya Mister" axles.  So, this was the first time I went and looked at it.  Especially, when there was a saying people said around Bobby, and it was "C'ya Mister!"

I thought it was funny!!

I looked into getting some longs for my 4runner and was disappointed to see Trail Gear bought them.  This is exciting to know.

yup the TG "Longfields" are made in china.
We have a long time customer who bought his Longfields from us about half a decade ago and he finally broke an inner 30-spline shaft.

He was extremely reluctant to walk into Fail-Gear, as they are now taking care of Longfield warranties, and they replaced his original Longfield shaft with a dark gunmetal gray shaft that had large TG part numbers engraved post-heat treatment exactly like their Chinese Dirty Thirties.

BigMike

IIRC, RCV did make the shafts for Bobby.  I knew that Tg was just buying the name and was gonna sell the dirty 30's as Longfields!  Because it had that same feel as a failed merger in the past.
