replacement fuel pump?

need a new fuel pump and i was wondering what some good replacement ones are. its a 1982 22r.  im always looking to upgrade so any info would help. :thumbs:

I prefer most napa parts to other stores, but really any will do. You will need to specify long bed or short. They are slightly different

When we changed the pump on my friends Ford Ranger, the easiest way was to take of the truck bed...........

4 bolts and some wiring disconnects, plus 3 people to lift.

Should be the same for a toyota

am i missing something, are you guys saying a 82 22r had  an electric fuel pump?  for mechanical pumps  iv just used what ever the part store had. never had a new one fail but i did have one leak oil once.

what he said, a 22r has a manual one attached to the head, remember to put a little grease on the fork when installing, or you will have a dry start on the cam
