You can shorten your shackles (hopefully they are freakishly long already), increase their angle by moving their hanger forward (hopefully they are nearly vertical already), and you could remove the lower two leafs depending on how many leafs are in your pack (hopefully its a nice fat pack already) .... but of all these things I'm not sure if you're gonna loose a whole 2-inches of lift. That seems like a lot. Even if you did these mods it's questionable how the truck will drive afterwards.

Other options could be to modify the front spring hanger, maybe move each side up half an inch or so closer to the body mounts, and you could reposition the front axle forward on the springs an inch by drilling new center pin holes on your axle's spring perchs that are 1" behind the original holes, which will also remove some height from the suspension because the axle will be forward from the center point of the spring arch ... and this will improve your approach angle at the expense of a stiffer ride, however you'll have to consider drag link geometry changes or possible interference thereof, and also your caster angle will change...

Maybe 2-inches is no big deal, I just don't have that much experience. I've lowered my front end about an inch by running 1" shorter front shackles (went from 6" down to 5"), removed my #2 leaf from the bottom, and moved my axle forward an inch. If I had to go for another 1" more.... not sure if I'd like the results myself short of just replacing the spring and doing it right all together.

Good luck man!
