snorkel wright up
« on: Dec 19, 2013, 07:45:35 AM »
at my buddies the other day. my truck was running bad. I looked at the air breather it was 300% full of mud. I hate mud by the way. but I took the cover off and started it up. it was like a new truck. so a 30 pack later we started out to make a snorkel. this is how far we got before we ran out of beer. I'll finish this post the next my gf lets me out lol. the mas sensor is important so we have to stretch the plug for that. but I'll let you know how that goes to. and we are gonna go in threw the fender and out the fender and up the passenger side windshield.

I just try to stay out of the bad mud holes.

Does your welder run on beer?  You said you ran out of beer so you stopped, I was thinking that you have a welder that is powered by beer. :beerchug: :beerwhack:

I don't think there's enough flex in the couplers unless you have solid engine mounts.........

I agree the motor moves quite a bit. but my buddy finished it up and did a great job doing it. it uses all the stock couplers. he soldered all the wires to lengthen the mass air sensor. he wanted to state that he could make the pipes and send a template of where to cut the fender for a price. but it's very stout. and I don't think the motor will shake anything loose. here is what the the build looks like

There is no air filter yet. I plan on finding one at auto zone or somewhere. I might even have a old foam one of a 4 wheeler I had. But I'm gonna get something
