22re long crank before starting

I have a 85 runner an a 86 pick up. Both 22re. They both have a long crank before starting. Is that normal? They both run great tune ups all good ect.

Troubleshoot the CSI (cold start injectors) if that is not it check the fuel pressure and make sure it is holding fuel pressure. Get yourself an FSM and follow the troubleshooting guide.
