What trans is this?

I'm 99% sure it's from a Toyota, I used to have the t-case not sure where it went. Anyhow looking to see if anyone knows a little more info on this thing, I haven't seen another one like it.

is it from a wolverine?........1979 & 1980 used  side loaded shift linkage...
