i think  its a good base to start with you can save it!

Im saving it and keeping it for a long long time. Most likely until I wanna give this one to the Wife and start over from scratch with a complete inside tube body toyota or Bronco II. Yeah yeah talk :pokinit: I loooove Fords and wanna crawl a Bronco II. Been a life goal for me...

Yeah I can see why in the pictures, like the bumper cut in half and the transfer case mount don't forget about those beautiful welds holding on your shackles either  You'll get er' fixed up and going. It is a pretty nice project, there is a lot there to work with. Keep it up

Yeah I have a lot of work. The shackle mounts are actually fine. Whoever welded the Shackle mounts and leaf spring mounts did a good job because there is no issues anywhere plus there is solid beads. Its the old hitch mount and the original old school leaf spring mount ( not in use anymore ). Also my front shock mounts where welded good, I was worried for a little while.

Hey do you guys think I should cut and swap over to shock hoops or stick with what i have? Ive got the old school version on shock mounts. I believe they sold them for fords back in the day and everyone used em for crawler projects... Not sure if I should remove or say whatever.
