Ok so, I have two leaks 

A front third member that is leaking from the flange seal behind the dust shield   
Q#1 Can I un stake the bolt and pull the flange off and replace the seal and put the flange back on and tighten the nut back to where the nut was staked?

Also On the front output shaft on t case I removed My drive shaft and It had Oil leaking from where the Nut is, Where could this fluid be coming from?
and can I do the same thing with the staked nut    un stake it  pull flange replace seal replace nut   re stake it in original location?

Yes. Be very careful on the front diff, it probably has a crush sleeve.

you can replace seals without disturbing the pinion crush sleeve, just dont over tighten the nut... if your leaking from inside the yoke, its prob leaking through the splines, which i have seen plenty of... i usually just put some rtv on the splines and re install....
