SAS in the Sac Area????

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good shop that would do a SAS on my 89 4runner??  I don't want to do it my self because I am afrad that I will mess something up.  I don't know how to weld very well so that is my biggest delima.  Any help would be great!!!Thanks!!!

I live in Placerville. There is a shop that said about $2,000 in labor and I don't nerly have that much to spend on a swap.  I still need alot more to do to it. I just thought that I might find somewhere cheaper.

well it would cost about 1000$ alone in parts so if you want me and buddy phillip can do it... it will take me and him a long weekend and we will charge you 400 bucks for labor....   total.... let me know man....

ill weld the front hanger on and mount the shackle tubes thru the frame for $300. you can drive it around like that until your ready to cut the ifs off yourself

What all do I need to get to do the swap?? What type of springs should I use??? How much for a axle??? I really don't know.  I will deff hook up with anyone that will help me out when I get the money. How much sould I need for everything???

either Wagoneer front springs, or stock Toyota rears for the front, a complete front axle would be around $200, depending on where you get it from, the X-over would be best from Marlin ( front page will give you info ), and I'd hit up dirtskivies on his offer, if you see his truck, he looks to be a helluva fabricator, & someone who really knows what he's doing. But, that's just my  :twocents:

to be honest for that kind of offer i would take dirtyskivies up on it.. saw some of his welds and nearly soiled my self....  :slap:

But if you do need help im in south elk grove and can help out... always down to meet new wheelin/wrenchin buddies....

I'M DOING AN SAS ON MY 2WD, AS SOON AS I GET THE SPRING HANGER FROM MARLIN I WOULD DEFINITELY APPRECIATE HELP TO WELD IT, HOPING TO DO IT THIS WEEK , SORRY I JACKED THIS THREAD :beer:  :beer:

If anyone needs any help then you can ask me.  I am a good welder, not great.  But i have built my toy from the ground up.  But take dirtyskivies offer.  He is a damn good welder from the pics i have seen and the many trucks he has built.  you can't beat $300 bucks.  But if anyone needs an help, just holler.

I am in the elk grove area and can build drop hangers to shackles to tube bumpers..... whatever you need man let me know... ijust got a bender so i can build some shock hoops..... like everybody said if you need help just holler bro.......

hey can you hook me up with a price for a front hangers and some shock hoops and i guess rear spring hangers for the front springs. I'd love to swap in a straight front on my wifes toy. I'm in albuquerque and will pay to ship let me know my # is 505-296-2646. Thanks Ken
