Toyota rear ford spring swap ?s

Thinking of putting ford springs on the rear of my toyota to eliminate the blocks. Just woundering if anyone has input on the swap and what year of what pickup to get them off of. Also whats the deal with reversing them?

I believe mid to earlie 90s 2wd f150 have them.  Reversing is debatable for some. I did in the thought of it working like a link, the farther the contacts the more flex. I love them on my rig.

It's a great swap, similar to Chevy 63s but not nearly as long.
