daves offroad springs

anyone here runs the springs dave offer.

i was wondering how it rides.

I have em in front. Very stiff when new, felt like I was driving a pogo stick, sat pretty high also. Once I pulled a middle leaf, it changed completely, much smoother.

Been running them about a year, no problems, flexed good from the git-go and did not pull any leafs. I do have the 3.0 which is a bit heaver then a 22r, and a winch on the front.

which ones do you have?? is it the upgrade chevys/or should i say chevy length...

I have the "reconstructed" chevy springs, they are 68" eye to eye. It does not use or require BLOCKS but it does come with a 1 over load but was removed from pack to lower the truck. The rear shackle mount was moved all the way b"ck to edge of the frame and yes I did box the frame for support.

haven't had anytime to take some poser shots. I'm attending my 1st round up at the CON and I'm sure to have plenty taken there.

 How far forward did you mount the spring hanger from stock location To fit those reconstructed chevy spring?
