Inexpensive new A/C lines
« on: Aug 24, 2012, 05:39:32 AM »
For anyone with leaky A/C lines my '88 4Runner developed a leak in one of the A/C lines. Toyota no longer provides a replacement, which when available was ~$175.00. I took the old line to a local company that makes hydraulic lines (Turner Hydraulics, Maryville, TN) and asked if they could cut off the fittings and replace the line. They did it in a few minutes while I waited. My total cost was $32.00, which included tax. :)
