Matt if the front shackles are loose it will cause death wobble, so will bad tires. make sure your wheel bearings, spacers, and lug nuts are tight too.How is your Alignment? I have good luck with 1/8" toe in

What is your caster?Alignment it.Dave'z Offroad Performance has some "no wobble shackles" that people swear by.http://www.davezoffroadperformance.com/store/suspension/leaf-springs/front-1/no-death-wobble-shackles.html
just got done installing a set of these on a buddy runner and man thry are a pain in the azz... grease everything and still the sleave wouldnt want to go in... maybe we'll try KY jell next time...
dont grease the outside of the bushing or the frame tube. only grease the inside of the bushing and the metal sleave. pop the bushings in the frame tube then tap in the metal sleave with a small hammer. the first set i installed was a pain in the butt, but after talking to one of davez old imployees he told me the way he does it and its super easy. i can install a set in like 15 min now.
Any one have an idea who might Carrie these, been looking cant find any.
I am haveing the same problem. I live near fresno were is the best place to get allignment. I have replaced just about everything even tires.
