what do you prefer. i like the 22r/e just because that what i got and its never let me down. but thats all 22rs 22re

if i wasnt a californian i would opt for a 82 short bed rock ready
but since i am a californian i went with an 85 ex cab mostly rock ready

cali smog is a biach so carbs was a no no for me
82 efi was an option as well but i got a deal on the 85 and the ex cab comes in real handy

89 efi has the best fuel flow, efi gets better mpg and will run practically upside down   also has newer injectors
