triple cases is a waste of time. thats why 4.7 gear sets were made. it doesnt make much sense to run 3 stock cases and have 2 tcase adapters when you can just run 2 cases with a 4.7 in the rear for pretty much the same price. Not to mention all the work you have to do to clear the cases under your cab. think about the drivelines as well, your front driveline at that point may as well just about be a 2pc shaft.

Think he means cut the frame to just behind the shackles. What shackle set up is that in the rear?

Ok I haven't bin able to post pics because their is no Internet at my house right ( but their will be soo) now and my stupid over priced cell phone whont post pic either so il have to discribe it the best I can.  I cut the frame rIght behind the stock shackle hanger an I'm running 6in greasable shackles. I did not wire up trailer lights because I didn't have the time or a trailer to tow... Not to mention I would need a two foot drop hitch.  Today after work I managed to get the old bolt holes I'm my flore filled with some sort of silicone goop. Then I mounted one of my bucket seats in.  After that I threw a fresh coat of paint on my stinger and bumper to keep it looking nice.
Ya I can't wait untill I have it runnIng again the only number is I have no one to go with... That haze a rig that can keep up.   Stay tuned hopfly I can get some picks this week for you guys of my x member and moded floor pan.

Thats what i thought you meant to socaltoy, yes just identify the hot wires (running lights, stop, & turn) then connect them using your light diagram should come with lights you buy & connect them accordingly to what it asks for.  Tester light is best way its a must needed for this project.

ok so after i flatbellyd it i took it out and broke of the steering box :_oops: for the third time.  I decided to buy a steering box mount kit, shock hoops, bilsteens, and stainless steel brake lines.  Here are some pics of the steering box install

worked late to go on a new years snow wheeling trip then i installed a got propane kit (sorry no pics) got it all running and went out for a day of snow wheeling.

after the trip i found out that i needed a new radiator, alternator, and that boggers suck in the snow.
So i ordered a hot tire knife and started cutting them.

hopefully that will help in the snow.

keep an eye on your rear case for cracks or leaks..seems to be a few cracked cases showing up when using the FROR style t/c mount.

Did you get the ideal tire groover off ebay? i am in the same boat, found that my Toyo's suck in the snow and was debating about grooving them..
