Topic: Anybody entered Tough Mudder?

Anybody here gone through with this?  A friend is putting together a team and has been bugging me to join.  No way I could pull this off, especially with only 4 months to train, just curious if anybody here has done it.

No personal experience on my part.

A word about timing and intent: The smallest good deed is far better that ANY good intention. Unless they kill you if you don't finish...really, what do you have to lose?

I have not done it.  From  the pics I get from my cousin and her team, it sounds like fun more than competition.  Which in my opinion seems pretty cool.

Yup, it's not a race, it's a personal challenge.  You can bypass obstacles if you want.  My biggest concerns are general conditioning and joint issues.  Conditioning I can work on in 4 months if I really wanted to enter, joints are screwed if joints are screwed.  That'd be the biggest thing keeping me out of it.
