no seriously its bent, let me go clean the frame of grime n grease so i can show you guys the crease in the frame.
I am contacting my buddy here in town to see if he thinks he can fabricate a new front frame section. it will only sell if i get the full $1500. meanwhile ill try n have him fix it at his place.

So I am going to attempt to mount the box up enough to get it to steer and be able to tow the 10 blocks to his place. (id have him as my welder all the time, but he has a huge ass stationary welder and until my 4runner can be towed without a trailer, its not an option.) no excuse now that i have high steer and my frame mounts welded on (which are not welded on to my liking, i could of welded as good if not better.... oh well, didnt cost me crap and will be redone with the new frame section if redone)

that aint , hook a chain to it and tug on it a few times, then plate the inside with quarter inch. problem solved

Ah yeah that aint too bad. I fixed one where the frame was in a diamond shape pretty bad. Some heat and chains and binders and we straightend it up and that was in 2005 or so and i know that truck is still crusing today on 1 tons and 44's

its messed with my motor mounts and made the drive side hard to attach and puts a lot of stress on the DS rubber mount.
id rather redo the rails from the MM's forward.

and then I can make sure the front hanger is perfect, ill see what my buddy says. he may just do what you guys are suggesting.
All i ask is that its safe at highway speeds with my family in the vehicle.

my 92 frame was way worse! I just cut it off and welded on a front section of an 85 4wd.....

Ya i wouldnt tell you to do anything unsafe. a buddy owns the rig i was talking about and has taken his son in it.  Its actually pretty standard in the industry to do the same things to straighten a frame up.

the front IFS section the frame is thick so up travel would suck anyways, so why not have a better frame section with factory mounts for the shackles and not have to deal with boxing the motor mounts either lol
