dual cases adds 6.5 inches length correct?

A dual case kit for an 86 4runner w-56 dual topshift stock 2.28 tcases adds about 6.5 inches length to my case length so i need to cut 6.5 inches out of my rear driveshaft and add 6.5 to my front correct?

About that, it is best to wait until they are installed to measure for D-shafts.
